1. Ownership

The curriculum, simulators, source code, user interface, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and other materials on the Platform (collectively, the “Content”) are owned by The Blockchain Academy or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

2. Permitted Use

You may access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial educational use as expressly permitted by our Terms of Service. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or creation of derivative works — requires our prior written consent.

3. Trademarks

“The Blockchain Academy,” “The Certification Lab,” “W3CB,” “DA·CFA,” and related logos are trademarks of The Blockchain Academy. Other names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners.

4. Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Platform.
  • Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe content you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required by applicable law to the same address.

6. Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
